The role requires 4+ years in structural tech, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a solid understanding of UK building regulations for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with UK building standards knowledge.
• Experience with BIM coordination and model management is welcome.
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support engineers in delivering technical design packages.
• Collaborate with internal & external teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with drawing standards and QA procedures.
