Overview

Got a flair of the complex? We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to join our vibrant multi-disciplinary practice in Bath.

Your next role:

  • Creating Revit models of our design projects, managing the data through to drawing/detail production from Engineers sketches
  • Take responsibility for the model, drawing issues and daily housekeeping in terms of managing our deliverables
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of production work to agreed project programmes.
  • Able to develop concept ideas into buildable drawing details.
  • Making sure that model and drawing production follows company standards.
  • Develop your career via a supportive but proactive approach to continued learning.
Your skills & experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Willingness to learn new skills and software.
  • Work experience and experience in a similar role or sector.
  • A keen interest and desire to learn about building design, architecture, and structural engineering.
  • GCSE and A-Levels in Maths and Science, or other relevant subjects as outlined by UWE here.
  • An interest in computer technical drawing skills is considered an advantage.
  • Computational skills in Grasshopper or Dynamo are considered advantageous to this role.
