Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join the buildings structures team on diverse projects from concept to completion. You will lead and mentor a small team and produce 3D BIM models using Revit to the company's standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of an ONC in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering course.
• 5+ years Revit experience within the UK structures environment.
• Experience modelling existing masonry structures and new RC concrete/steel framed buildings.
• Able to use and create project templates and filters to in-house standards.
• Able to produce 3D BIM models to a Level 2 Standard. All to in-house BIM specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a young and dynamic team on exciting projects from concept to completion.
• Produce 3D BIM models using Revit to the company standards and Level 2 BIM.
• Coordinate with all design disciplines to develop the structural model.
