Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is representing a client seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join their design team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will produce robust structural models and detailed drawings for schemes up to £30M, working across steel and reinforced concrete detailing.

The role requires at least 5 years of UK experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations. Hybrid working is negotiable after a successful probation period.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ UK industry experience in structural detailing.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Solid experience of structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing.
• Understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
• HNC in Civil Engineering preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality structural models and detailed drawings across a range of schemes.
• Deliver coordinated drawings to a high standard and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work on projects up to £30M in value with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll work on an exciting portfolio of projects up to and exceeding £30M in value, producing high-quality structural models and detailed drawings across a range of schemes. You’ll have at least 5 years’ UK industry experience in structural detailing, with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll bring solid experience of structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing, a good understanding of current UK Building Regulations, and the confidence to deliver accurate, coordinated drawings to a high standard. An HNC in Civil Engineering is preferred but not essential.
