Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for leading the structural design and analysis of complex energy projects,

ensuring that structures are designed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry

regulations.

KEY DELIVERABLES

01. Lead the design of structural elements, including steel and concrete structures, for

complex projects.

02. Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software and

methodologies.

03. Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.

04. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.

05. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental

standards.

06. Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and risk assessment activities related to structural designs.

07. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of structural designs with

project objectives.

08. Conduct structural assessments and provide recommendations for repairs or

modifications.

09. Prepare and present technical reports and design solutions to stakeholders.

10. Support construction teams with technical guidance during the build and installation

phases.
