Qualifications

• Senior structural engineering experience, preferably in offshore or marine projects.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Excellence on jack‑up engineering projects, delivering optimal solutions for clients.
• Perform in-depth structural analyses and site‑specific assessments for jack‑up units and wind turbine installation vessels.
• Own your projects with autonomy while receiving mentorship from senior engineers and collaborating with a global team.
• Support business growth by contributing to tenders, proposals, and key account management efforts.
