An innovative structural design company in Norwich is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to contribute to exciting design-led projects. This role offers an excellent salary of £48k-£58k, with a strong focus on sustainability and creativity. The ideal candidate will have several years of buildings design experience and be pursuing Chartership. The company provides excellent training, regular CPD sessions, and a collaborative environment.

Do you have several years of buildings design experience and a strong academic background? Hungry for Chartership if not already achieved?
This role is with an innovative design-led structural design practice with around 70 staff, based in a small but growing Norwich office of around 10 staff.
This is a design-led practice with exciting and challenging architecturally led work, a focus on sustainability and a "thinking outside the box" approach. You should be keen to work on a variety of projects, often award-winning, ranging from small to large scale in all areas of new build and refurb.
There is a high proportion of Chartered Engineers and excellent Chartership training is provided. The office is a creative studio environment with regular CPD sessions.
