Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer in London. The role offers £60k-£75k and a hybrid working pattern, with involvement from initial design through to delivery on a mix of refurb and new builds.

You will lead projects, drive business development, mentor junior staff and work alongside the London Director to grow the team. MIStructE/MICE would be ideal; UK work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MIStructE or MICE qualification preferred.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams across a range of buildings.
• Develop and manage client relationships and opportunities.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist growth of the team.
• Hands-on structural design, site visits and fee bids/quotes.
