Walker Dendle Technical Limited seeks a Senior Structural Engineer for their expanding Hertfordshire head office. The ideal candidate is near Chartered with IStructE/ICE and has strong design and project-delivery experience on developer-led residential schemes in masonry or concrete framing.

Qualifications

• Near or Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Experience in developer-led residential developments with load-bearing masonry or concrete-framed construction.
• Familiar with fast-delivery projects with housebuilders.
• Willing to work in Hertfordshire/London South East region.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for large residential developments.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and developers to ensure feasible designs.
• Monitor progress, budgets and compliance with codes and standards.
