Job summary

Walker Dendle Technical is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer for a Hertfordshire-based consultancy with hybrid working options. The role targets ambitious graduates with strong academic credentials and professional ambition in a medium-sized design office.

You will work on large residential developments, contribute to structural analysis and detailing, and align with the team to deliver projects up to £150 million in value while progressing towards IStructE/ICE membership.

Qualifications

• MEng or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering from a top UK university with 2:1 minimum.
• Student or Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Strong A-Levels in Maths and Physics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and analysis of residential developments.
• Contribute to structural detailing and project delivery up to £150m.
• Collaborate in a busy design office with hybrid working.
