• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers to shape design visions.
• Oversee structural analysis and design for various materials and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
• Engage with clients, attend site visits and lead design team meetings.
