HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in London to lead and support complex design projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will supervise CAD/Revit work, mentor junior engineers, and deliver robust structural solutions that meet client goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design and leadership experience in a structural/civil engineering setting.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise projects, establish client brief, technical requirements and deliverables.
• Agree service levels and design duties with Group Leader for each project.
• Monitor engineering/CAD/Revit resource requirements and project progress.
• Carry out concept to detailed designs, tender and contract documentation.
• Attend meetings and sites to progress projects and undertake surveys.
• Coordinate with design teams to produce coordinated designs.
• Contribute to design reviews and maintain internal checks.
• Monitor budgets and variations while maintaining client satisfaction.
