With the freedom to work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis, this is your chance to take ownership of meaningful projects while enjoying the flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering technically sound and efficient designs that meet both British Standards and Euro Codes. You'll manage projects from start to finish, sometimes leading independently, other times collaborating on larger schemes across multiple offices. Your role will include coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and budget. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll play a key part in mentoring junior team members, contributing to bids and tenders, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
What Skills Will You Have?
We're looking for someone with solid experience in structural design and a deep understanding of engineering principles. You should be comfortable navigating British Standards and Euro Codes, and confident using tools like Tekla, CADS, and Tedds (AutoCAD experience is a bonus).
