As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will work within a talented and collaborative team of engineers and technicians, playing a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, given responsibility to lead with clients, and work on a variety of challenging projects that make a real impact on the built environment.

We are looking for an engineer who has a strong technical background, with experience in the design of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures. While Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) is preferred, it s not essential what matters most is your passion for excellence and ability to deliver quality results This role offers you the chance to grow professionally and take on greater responsibilities - the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to liaise with clients and contractors. What You Need To Succeed

• Proven experience in structural design, with knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla, Robot or MasterSeries.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Design Standards, Codes of Practice and Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Commitment to high-quality design and continuous professional development.
• Chartered (or working towards) with IStructE or ICE.
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
