Senior Structural Engineer - Building Appraisal

We are looking for a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company that specialises in various new build, refurbishment and structural appraisals for various building projects. Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct structural appraisals to assess stability, defects, and necessary repairs
·Utilise both intrusive investigation and non-destructive testing techniques
·Prepare and present detailed reports with clear, justified conclusions
·Lead repair design and oversee the repair process
·Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers
·Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and contract documents
·Ensure professional development and training align with ICE or IStructE requirements
What We're Looking For:
·Chartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructE
·Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
·Excellent knowledge of structural design principles
·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and Autodesk REVIT
·Experience in assessing various building types and leading investigations
