We’re working with one of the UK’s most respected names in building structures, and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their thriving Central London office.

About the Role

They’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to take a hands-on role in the design and delivery of standout structural projects. You’ll be stepping into a supportive, forward-thinking team, where you’ll work closely with architects, clients, and contractors to bring bold structural concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of various building projects using materials including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
• Manage project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Support and mentor graduate and mid-level engineers.
• Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site visits.
• Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and buildability in structural solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or near-chartered status (MICE or MIStructE).
• Proven experience in UK-based building structures design, ideally across a range of sectors.
• Proficient in relevant design software such as Tekla, ETABS, Revit, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
