We’re looking for a driven Senior Structural Engineer to join our Christchurch team and help us deliver a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects. This is a real opportunity to take ownership — leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring others.

Your Role:

You'll lead projects from concept through to delivery, building strong client relationships and supporting the team’s growth. You’ll be trusted to run jobs independently but backed by a team that’s supportive, ambitious, and values learning and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading structural design and delivery on commercial and industrial projects.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A self-starter with 7+ years’ structural engineering experience.
• Chartered (CPEng) or actively working towards it.
• Strong technical skills across steel, concrete, and timber structures.
• Confident leading projects and communicating directly with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Someone who enjoys being part of a fun, flexible, and growth-minded team.
