Senior Structural Engineer
Birmingham

Calibre Search are working alongside an established multi-disciplinary Midlands Consultancy who provide innovative, but cost-effective engineering solutions in a timely manner. Established nearly 40 years ago, they offer Civil, Geotechnical Traffic and Transport and Structural Design services to the whole of the UK and due to a further increase in work, are looking to add to their thriving Birmingham office

Their Structural Engineering Team has extensive experience and an innovative approach to all aspects of Structural Engineering and have expertise in the design of foundations, steelwork, reinforced concrete, load bearing masonry, timber and complex bridges.

Their approach to the assessment of all structures is to obtain the most cost effective and buildable solution which results in significant cost savings and complements their 'value engineering' approach to all projects

They are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to undertake Structural Surveys on Schools as well as work on Design Schemes. The company also work on a lot of medium sized projects ranging from commercial and industrial projects to healthcare and residential schemes.

You will be competent in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and load bearing masonry and capable of writing Structural Survey Reports on buildings.

A full UK drivers license is required for this position
