Job summary

ICE Recruit is seeking a Senior Structural BIM Technician for a contract role in St Albans. You will develop high‑quality structural models and GA drawings using Revit, coordinating with engineers and other disciplines to ensure robust, integrated designs.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills with a solid background in structural detailing and experience producing drawings across common building materials. An immediate start is available for the right person.

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Structural BIM Technician to join its established structures team on a contract basis.

With a busy workload and projects spanning the public and private sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong BIM professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

You’ll be producing high-quality structural models and general arrangement drawings across a range of building materials, collaborating with structural engineers and other disciplines to deliver coordinated, technically robust designs. You’ll also contribute ideas from a structural perspective, support design development and help ensure drawings meet the highest standards.

Our client is looking for someone with strong Revit skills, a solid background in structural detailing and the ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary project environment. A relevant technical qualification and experience producing structural drawings across common building materials are desirable.
