Forecast demand and plan workforce needs; support recruitment and selection of stress engineers.
Drive retention through mentoring and development.
Represent stress capability in strategic planning and major pursuits.
Act as a visible technical leader and ambassador; build relationships with stakeholders and industry bodies.
