As a Senior Street Outreach Worker, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating outreach activity across North Northamptonshire, ensuring people sleeping rough receive timely, effective and person-centred support.
Working within the Single Homelessness Service, you will build strong partnerships with housing, health, social care and voluntary sector organisations to help prevent and relieve homelessness. Supporting the Rough Sleeping Services Team Leader, you will help drive initiatives that make rough sleeping rare, brief and non-recurring, while providing practical support and guidance to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

Working closely with partners and outreach staff, you will help drive a proactive and effective service that prevents and reduces homelessness.
