Job summary

EY Parthenon’s Financial Restructuring team in Leeds is seeking a Senior Executive (Manager) to help shape client strategies, analyse financial forecasts and support restructuring initiatives.

You’ll lead project work, collaborate across teams, and coach junior staff while building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive learning culture within EY.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recognised Restructuring team and a professional accountancy qualification (min 2 years).
• Experience on independent business reviews and formal corporate insolvencies.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to handle distressed situations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial forecasts and prepare reports on findings.
• Lead large project teams or sub-teams with support from peers and seniors.
• Build and nurture relationships inside EY and with clients and external stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to training and wellbeing initiatives.
