You will collaborate with CH and Group leadership, develop papers for major initiatives, mentor analysts, and build a high‑performing team to deliver sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience in energy/services markets is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Translate long-term strategy into strategic initiatives with clear growth ambitions.
• Identify disruptive trends and develop strategies to exploit opportunities.
• Lead input to quarterly strategic reviews and present to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with CH and Group leadership to align strategic priorities.
• Develop investment papers with project teams and track performance.
• Build expertise in retail, regulation, and emerging technologies affecting strategy.
• Identify M&A and partnerships ensuring strategic fit and integration capability.
• Establish robust measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives.
