Through leveraging the deep industry expertise of our parent company Sunbeth Global Concepts; we have quickly emerged as a trusted player in the sourcing and export of high-quality agro commodities, including cocoa beans, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, and soya beans.

Role Overview

Location: Flexible: UK, Dubai, South Africa or Nigeria

We are seeking an experienced and high-calibre Senior Strategy Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategic objectives, driving business growth, and supporting our global expansion initiatives. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead strategic planning processes across the organisation, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives and commercial goals
  • Serve as a key advisor and 2IC to the Chief Strategy Officer, supporting in executive-level decision making and acting as a thought partner to other senior executives
  • Conduct complex business and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and competitive threats across multiple markets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, including new market entry, global expansion, M&A activity, and commercial due diligence
  • Coordinate with business unit leaders across functions to support strategic priorities and performance improvement
  • Prepare and present board-level reports, strategy documents, and investment cases with clarity and precision
  • Support the development of the company’s global footprint and organisational growth, including involvement in regional planning and operational strategy.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and build internal strategy capability

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Extensive professional experience, with experience in a management consulting firms, preferably working with multinational corporations
  • Experience in agriculture, commodities, or oil & gas sectors is advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership skills, with a track record of driving complex projects or transformations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior/executive level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and globally distributed environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
