Job summary

The University of Southampton is seeking a Senior Project & Programme Administrator to join the Strategy Delivery & Transformation Department and support the Education in Focus Programme.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Change Managers and programme sponsors to plan and deliver projects using the University’s best-practice framework, and you will coordinate programme boards and meetings while maintaining communications and essential project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of specified projects within the Education in Focus Programme.
• Coordinate and service key programme boards and meetings.
• Oversee project communications and maintain key documentation such as timelines and risk logs.
