Senior Strategist

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join our global Strategy team.

At JKR, strategy is about inspiring confidence in big ideas. We work hand-in-hand with clients and creatives to unlock the charisma of brands, across every touchpoint. As a Senior Strategist, you’ll be expected to build strong, trust-based relationships both internally and externally. You’ll get under the skin of business challenges and translate them into compelling creative opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on insight, storytelling, and helping brands live up to their fullest potential through the power of design.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a brand strategy role within a design or creative agency
• Strong understanding of CPG and brand design, with experience across identity, packaging, and brand world
• A curious mind and passion for culture—always hunting for fresh thinking
• A strategic storyteller: able to write, present, and sell ideas with clarity and persuasion
• Experience leading workshops, developing briefs, and contributing to pitch work
• EQ, collaboration, and the ability to influence both internally and externally
• Confidence in managing complex workstreams and deadlines with grace and focus
• A drive to grow clients, uncover new opportunities, and champion strategic excellence
• Experience working in partnership with program and project management teams
• An interest in the future of branding—motion, sonic, and beyond
