Qualifications

5+ years in a strategic role, ideally in branding, marketing or communications.
Experience in place, property or regeneration sectors is a bonus.
Confident in presenting and defending strategic thinking.

We're hiring: Senior Strategist (Place & Property Focused)

Hunter is a creative consultancy that builds brands for places, spaces, and property. We work with developers, councils, and visionary clients to shape the future of where people live, work and connect. From residential developments to new neighbourhoods and cultural destinations, we create brands that feel authentic, aspirational, and built to last.

As we enter an ambitious new phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join our team and help lead the charge.

What you'll do:

Lead brand strategy projects from insight through to creative brief
Guide naming, positioning, tone of voice and messaging across a wide range of client sectors
Work with our design team to turn strategy into brilliant creative output
Conduct research, facilitate workshops and present confidently to clients
Contribute to business development, proposals and pitches

Who you are:

A big-picture thinker with commercial awareness and attention to detail
5+ years in a strategic role, ideally in branding, marketing or communications
Experience in place, property or regeneration sectors is a bonus – but not essential
Confident in a client-facing role, able to present and defend strategic thinking
Collaborative, curious and passionate about shaping the future of place
