Job summary

Simple Machines is seeking a senior consulting leader to guide engagements end-to-end across data platforms, AI, and full-stack software builds. You will own the value narrative, maintain executive relationships, and drive adoption with a senior client- and delivery-focused team.

You will work closely with a Client Principal and an engagement leadership triad, shaping strategies, proposals, and go-to-market approaches while ensuring delivery momentum and client trust.

Qualifications

• Senior consultant with experience leading complex engagements end-to-end across data, AI and software builds.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience in discovery, delivery, adoption, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Owning the strategic direction and value narrative of engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Building and sustaining strong client relationships through ongoing engagement, credibility, and demonstrated impact.
• Leading day-to-day direction and execution of engagements in partnership with a Client Principal.
• Operating as part of a senior engagement leadership triad alongside Technology and Commercial leads.
• Providing senior oversight to Delivery Leads on larger or more complex engagements.
• Maintaining high-quality dialogue with clients throughout delivery to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Leading executive discovery, alignment, and decision-making workshops.
