Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security-cleared markets.
• Success in headhunting and placing passive candidates.
• Comfortable with targets, SLAs, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Deliver strong shortlists within SLAs.
• Lead offer management, negotiations, objections, and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted delivery lead for clients and account teams.
• Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisions.
• Mentor junior recruiters.
