About the role

Your role is to be the constant in the equation — the strategic bridge between Outfly, our strategic partners, and our clients. You’ll manage resource allocation, strategic execution and client success, ensuring that every project stays aligned with business objectives and delivers real impact. You will also be responsible for overseeing and running marketing projects, advising clients, and devising the best strategies to achieve their goals.

You’ll be at the core of Outfly’s strategic partner network, working with world-class consultants, fractional executives and subject matter experts.

From the moment our business team scopes a project, you’ll help translate objectives into clear roadmaps, allocate resources and oversee execution. Throughout the partnership, you’ll proactively identify new opportunities for growth, ensuring we continue to add value and strengthen relationships.

This role blends marketing strategy, execution and client development, working closely with our Client Success Director, Strategic Partners, and Delivery Partner Network to ensure that every project delivers measurable, business-driven results.

Beyond execution, you’ll act as a key relationship owner, ensuring clients see measurable success, guiding them towards strategic growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Your role is to keep projects and relationships on track, ensuring Outfly remains a trusted and indispensable partner.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the key contact across marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable success.
  • Developing and advising clients on best-practice marketing strategies with the help of a wider team, overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with these strategies.
  • Managing our strategic partner network, matching the right experts to the right projects, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Managing resource allocation, keeping projects on time and on budget while maintaining Outfly’s high-quality standards and optimising results.
  • Working alongside our Head of Marketing, Strategic Partners and Delivery Partners to ensure strategic roadmaps, project roadmaps, and individual projects are executed effectively — from big-picture planning down to the fine details of delivery.
  • Identifying potential opportunities for growth and supporting the development of next-phase strategies with clients.
  • Contributing to ongoing strategic alignment, ensuring that client engagements remain aligned with business objectives and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Acting as the go-to person for both clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability and alignment at every stage.

The skills you’ll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • 4+ years experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or innovation agency.
  • A strategic mindset, able to translate business challenges into structured marketing plans and oversee their execution.
  • Developing detailed project plans, defining scopes and setting milestones.
  • Understanding client needs and objectives, translating them into actionable project briefs and contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, able to work with C-suite executives and founders with confidence.
  • Experience in managing external consultants or a distributed team.
  • A proactive approach, able to identify opportunities, problem-solve and drive additional value.
  • The ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both strategy and delivery are aligned.

Hybrid work model (2 days remote if preferred) from our Shoreditch office.
