Job summary

Toolstation Horsham is seeking a Senior Store Assistant for a 20-hour week. Local candidates who can easily commute to the store are encouraged to apply.

You’ll welcome customers, assist with deliveries and stock, and support opening and closing tasks as a keyholder when needed. This role offers more than a store job, with training and development through Toolstation Academy and progression opportunities within the Travis Perkins Group.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Keyholder or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work early starts and late finishes as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their needs and provide great service.
• Handle deliveries and stock incoming goods.
• Stock shelves and keep the store tidy and well-organised.
• Open and close the store as needed to support store operations.
• Provide support to colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
