What you'll do

Highbridge - Senior Store Assistant
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

At Toolstation, we're focused on helping you grow with us. Many of our managers started on the shop floor and now run their own stores or oversee operations.

This is more than just a store job.

You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, assisting customers, handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for physical work in all weather conditions. If you care about doing a good job and providing great service, you'll fit right in.

This role involves supporting colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences. Experience as a key holder or supervising team members is desirable but not essential.

Get stuck in: Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude matter most.

Provide outstanding service: Engage with customers and stay efficient during busy times to ensure a great experience.

Ask the right questions: Show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find what they need.

Be Proactive: Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for deals and competitive prices.

Keyholder responsibility: Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
