What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) in Winsford, 20 hours per week. At Toolstation, we’re interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become a future leader.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a great first impression, building relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Your role involves serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for seasonal weather conditions. Take pride in your work, and our customers will notice and appreciate it.

Day-to-day

• Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
• Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude, regardless of busyness.
• Asking questions, building relationships, and ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need.
• Maintaining high standards, product availability, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and customers alike.
