What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Newmarket, 20 hours per week. At Toolstation, we’re interested not only in what you can bring today but also in developing your talents for future growth. You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a great first impression, building relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. This role involves serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for varying temperatures throughout the year. If you take pride in your work, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day

• Mucking in: Checking/unpacking deliveries, opening/closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experience with a smile, regardless of busyness.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a positive environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards, making the branch a welcoming place for staff and customers.
