GSK seeks a highly capable Statistician for its R&D Oncology Statistics - Early Clinical Development. You will lead statistical planning across clinical programs, mentor colleagues and drive methodological innovation to shape regulatory strategy.

Location is HQ London or Stevenage with eventual relocation to Cambridge; expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on clear communication of complex concepts to non-statistical partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics with significant post-graduate experience.
• Proven track record contributing statistical expertise to oncology clinical development.
• Experience in simulations and statistical methods using R/Python.

Responsabilités

• Provide statistical support to projects across Oncology pipeline.
• Review and contribute to analysis plans, protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor statisticians and translate statistical insight into program strategy.
• Design, analyze and interpret clinical programs across development phases.
