Bristol Myers Squibb in the UK is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to shape how new medicines are developed through programming excellence and regulatory-ready outputs.

In this focused individual contributor role, you will own SAS-based analyses, SDTM/ADaM datasets, and submission-ready tables, figures, and listings, partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact results that support regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated industry experience in statistical programming.
• Strong, proven proficiency in SAS for producing derived analysis datasets and TFLs.
• Understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and relational databases.
• Experience with data handling, eDC workflows, and SDTM.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Write and validate SAS programs to generate derived analysis datasets, TFLs, and tables.
• Contribute to electronic submission preparation for NDA/BLA/MAA milestones.
• Review SAPs and Data Presentation Plans to guide programming work.
• Partner with external vendors on programming standards and file transfers.
• Independently lead programming assignments across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across GBDS.
