• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the statistical programming function across development programs.
• Define and drive SDTM/ADaM standards and data submission strategies.
• Oversee vendor governance, CRO selection, and performance.
• Ensure inspection-ready documentation and data integrity per ICH/GCP.
• Mentor and develop the programming team, set priorities and goals.
• Partner with Biometrics Lead to align strategy with company objectives.
