Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in the UK (Uxbridge) is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer with 7+ years of experience to support regulatory submissions and electronic submissions in a hybrid 50% on-site/remote model. You will be the programming expert for cross-functional teams, turning complex clinical data into submission-ready outputs using SAS and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of statistical programming experience in pharma/biopharma with regulatory submissions.
• Fluent in SAS, CDISC/SDTM/ADaM standards and end-to-end clinical data pipeline.
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
• Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, CS, or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming for regulatory submissions and electronic submissions.
• Transform complex data into submission-ready outputs used by regulators.
• Design and implement SAS solutions aligned with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, clinicians and external vendors.
• Mentor and develop other programmers to grow the team.
