Bristol Myers Squibb in the UK is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to join our GBDS function. You will own your programming workload with real autonomy, delivering high-quality SAS-driven analyses that support regulatory submissions.

This hybrid role requires a solid foundation in clinical data standards, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the ability to lead programming assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences
  • Demonstrated industry experience in statistical programming
  • Solid understanding of clinical data structures and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)

Responsibilities

  • Write and validate SAS programs to generate derived analysis datasets and TFLs
  • Contribute to electronic submission preparation (NDA, BLA, MAA)
  • Review SAPs and Data Presentation Plans to ensure clarity before programming
  • Partner with vendors on programming standards and file transfers
  • Independently lead programming assignments across multiple projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across GBDS
