Job Description

As a Senior Station Technician, most of your time will be utilised ensuring that our Severn Class All Weather Lifeboat, D Class Inshore Lifeboat and associated equipment work to the highest order, ensuring that the Lifeboat Station is well managed, and assist training volunteer crew members - so that when a service call does occur, you, your crew and your lifeboat will be absolutely prepared.

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll have an NVQ L4/SVQ L5 in an engineering discipline, a time-served engineering apprenticeship, a sound background and experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering - or be willing to work towards this. Attitude and willingness to progress and learn are most important.
