Job summary

Mace is seeking a Stakeholder Management lead to direct strategy across major UK projects. You will build trusted client relationships, guide teams on stakeholder requirements and ensure governance, risk and performance reporting are embedded in delivery.

The role supports a hybrid working model with emphasis on safety, integrity and client focus, aligning with net zero commitments and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 yrs experience supporting the delivery of a stakeholder and communications services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.
• Progressing towards achievement of chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of a professional institution e.g. Association of Project Managers.
• Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directing stakeholder management strategy and implementation.
• Building trusted client and stakeholder relationships.
• Directing teams on stakeholder management requirements.
• Managing risks, issues, governance and performance reporting.
• Developing functional plans, processes and KPI tracking.
• Integrating stakeholder management across relevant disciplines.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and supports resourcing activities.
• Championing compliance and net zero carbon transition.
