Dex’s trusted partner company is building the definitive API for global tax automation. You will join a lean engineering team, co-owning the roadmap, driving architecture, and operating what you ship in production.

This principal-level role emphasizes setting the technical bar and shipping continuously across the product lifecycle. You’ll design, build, and operate mission-critical REST APIs with Node.js/TypeScript, Go, and ReactJS, owning products end-to-end and delivering value through

• Fluency across the stack with hands-on experience in Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or ReactJS.
• Proven track record scaling and operating large-scale microservices in high-growth environments.
• Strong ownership: ensure code is tested, features delivered, production clean.

You'll join a lean engineering team that owns problems end-to-end, not just features. This is a principal-level seat: you'll co‑own the roadmap with product, drive architecture, and operate what you build in production. This isn't a ticket‑taker role; it's about setting the technical bar and shipping fast, continuously, and iteratively across the full product lifecycle.

The work

What You Bring
