Find Medic is seeking an RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join a UK nursing home, delivering compassionate, person-centered care to elderly residents. You will work within a supportive team, administer medications, and contribute to tailored care plans.

Ideal candidates hold valid NMC registration, have 1–2 years of nursing home experience, and possess strong communication skills to engage residents and families while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication, provide direct care and support to residents, and communicate with healthcare professionals as required.
• Develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments for each resident.
• Oversee and supervise care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed.
• Manage emergencies and unexpected situations during shifts.
