Job summary

Find Medic is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) in a UK nursing home to provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents. You will assess residents, administer medications, and work with healthcare professionals to ensure safety and wellbeing.

The role requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, 1–2 years' experience in a similar setting, and excellent communication and empathy. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
• Manage emergencies or situations that may arise during the shift.
