An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Oncology/ SACT Senior Staff Nurse for our stand-alone oncology unit at Springfield Hospital. The successful applicant will be an experienced nurse and you must be able to demonstrate that you are motivated and forward thinking for the continued success of the department.

Main duties of the job

The role involves working as a Senior Staff Nurse in Oncology / SACT, part-time (19 hours per week). The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team and organizing oncology care.

What you will bring

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Post Registration Qualifications/Course in Chemotherapy Administration
• Proven ability to lead a team and work independently as required
• Experience in organizing oncology care
