Band 6 £38,682.00 – £46,580.00 FTE dependant on experience
22.5 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday 08:30 – 16:30

About Us
Rowans Hospice is a charity that provides free care and support to adults and their families living in the Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire region who have a life-limiting illness. Established in 1994, our income is generated by ongoing support of the local community, donations, legacies, fundraising and through our retail shops.
The Living Well Centre is a well-established community drop in centre situated adjacent to Rowans Hospice Charity. It provides information, support, therapies and group activities for anyone living with a life limiting illness in the community, carers and those that have been bereaved.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join our Living Well Centre team as a Senior Staff Nurse. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for a high-level delivery and implementation of programmes of care for our patients in association with the whole team.
We are seeking an experienced RGN registered nurse, who can demonstrate leadership skills and use of a palliative care approach to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound management and decision-making are essential to this role.
