Job summary

Bolton Hospice is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that will develop your nursing skills within specialist palliative and end-of-life care, working with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will provide hands-on, person-centred care to patients with complex needs and support staff to maintain high standards. The role offers excellent training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree or relevant experience
  • ENB998 or Mentorship/Preceptors

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Registered Nurse to join our supportive and professional team within the Inpatient Unit at Bolton Hospice. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role, offering an excellent opportunity to further develop your nursing skills, knowledge and experience within specialist palliative care.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive and dedicated Inpatient Unit team, committed to providing high-quality, expert specialist palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families. Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, while continuing to develop your own skills and expertise.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Staff Nurse working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will support patients with complex clinical needs and provide hands‑on, person‑centered care. Our staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.
