The role is based at the hospice down Chamberlain Road. Under the leadership of the Senior Nursing Staff, be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of an identified group of patients. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, documenting all relevant information accurately and legibly. You will ensure that a patient's holistic needs are met in a person-centred way.
Demonstrate leadership and act as a role model to junior or less experienced members of the team.
Demonstrate clinical competence and expertise in palliative care and end of life care nursing, displaying a sound understanding of symptom management.
