We are seeking a senior member for the Agent Code team to drive the development of code LLMs and autonomous agents, with a hands-on, research-driven approach.

This role is remote-friendly, with offices in London, Toronto, New York, and San Francisco. You will work at the frontier of research and engineering, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• PhD in CS, ML, or related field with top-tier publications.
• Deep expertise in code LLMs and agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with frontier LLMs for code generation/automation.
• Strong software engineering: Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Self-motivated with a passion for open-ended problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with code LLMs and agents; translate research into systems.
• Design scalable training strategies and deploy agent frameworks for inference.
• Develop RL and SFT trajectories; collaborate with pretraining team.
• Benchmark and design new tasks reflecting enterprise needs.
• Lead experiments on compute infrastructure to push frontier LLMs.
