Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE/infra, with leadership
• Strong cloud infra, distributed systems experience
• Experience leading engineers and defining priorities
• Hands-on depth in architecture, incidents, reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SREs for OCI database and storage infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership across reliability, scalability, availability, and performance
• Partner with senior SREs and dev teams to define priorities and plan work
• Guide architectural design discussions and evaluate trade-offs
• Manage incidents with coordination, RCA, and follow-up actions
• Drive telemetry, observability, capacity planning, and readiness improvements
• Identify systemic reliability risks and scalable solutions
• Balance reliability investments with technical debt and strategic initiatives
• Support release readiness and engineering standards before prod release
• Develop the team’s capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing
